We’re renting Asphyttan 133 as a whole property for 22,000 SEK per month (approx. €2,000) plus electricity — everything else included. A 6-month agreement with the possibility to extend, available now through March 2027. We’re happy to share last year’s electricity bills so you know what to expect.
